In continuing the British for "The Sun Never Sets" line, I thought I would showcase the Infantry. While there is a wide variety of uniforms for British foot soldiers, most can be accomplished by a "paint conversion". Here are some examples:
Regular Infantry - The first picture shows mounted infantry officers, drummers, and standard bearers for a typical infantry unit. The second picture is of two poses of other ranks and an officer on foot.
Royal Marines - The same pose (sans bayonet on the firing figures) with a different foot officer pose.
Rifle Regiment - Again, the same pose for the OR's and yet another foot officer pose.
Naval Brigade - Not everyone in H.M.s armed forces cut their cloth the same way. Here is the Naval Brigade in the sailor suit; typical of the era. They also have their own officer on foot.
Highland Infantry - What line of British soldiers would be complete without Highlanders. In the first picture is the command, with an officer on foot, a piper, and standard bearer. The second and third photos show the "other ranks (two poses), and the same foot officer.
